Who can order

To buy from us you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these conditions and that the details you give us are accurate and complete.

Using the site

You agree to use perfumeo.co.uk lawfully and not to misuse it. That means no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with the site or other users, no scraping or copying our content for commercial use, and nothing that could damage the site or its reputation. We may withdraw or limit access to the site, or to any individual, where these terms are broken. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Our products and authenticity

We sell genuine Arabian and niche-style fragrances from houses including Lattafa, French Avenue, Khadlaj, Maison Alhambra, Ard Al Zaafaran, and others. Every bottle is authentic and backed by our authenticity guarantee.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Fragrance descriptions are a guide. How a scent smells and develops varies from person to person, so notes and longevity figures are indicative, not a guarantee.

• Product images are illustrative. Brands periodically refresh packaging, bottle designs, and batch details, so what arrives may differ slightly in appearance.

• Stock is limited and changes often. We may limit order quantities or discontinue any product without notice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We work to keep pricing correct, but if a genuine error appears on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing and let you confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Your order and when a contract is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send acknowledges your order but does not accept it. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered. Specific delivery information is set out on our shipping pages.

Returns and refunds

Fragrance is a hygiene product, so returns are accepted only on items that are unused and in their original sealed packaging, except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Our Returns and Refund Policy sets out the full process and your options, and it forms part of these terms.

Fragrance care, safety, and allergies

Perfumes contain alcohol and concentrated fragrance materials. By purchasing, you accept that:

• Fragrance is flammable. Keep bottles away from flames, heat, and direct sunlight, and store them sensibly.

• Products are for external use on skin or clothing. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.

• Fragrance ingredients can trigger a reaction in some people. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, patch test before full use and stop using the product if irritation appears.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or for misuse of the products. If you are unsure about a particular ingredient, seek medical advice before use.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photography, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to or is licensed by Perfumeo and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written consent. Brand names and trademarks shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations where it is caused by something beyond our reasonable control, such as supplier failure, courier disruption, or other events we could not reasonably foresee or prevent.
